YES! Birth plans are for every person wanting a happy, healthy, and empowered birth. There is so much more to labor than pain. I encourage you to make choices for yourself and create a plan that works for you.

Nope. This course is all about you. Not me. I'm not going to be telling you what to put on your birth plan. Instead, I'll be informing you on all of the interventions you might want to consider so that you can make good choices about what to put on your birth [action] plan!

If you opt for the BUNDLE and we get to talk one-on-one in a consult call, we will definitely go over what should be on your plan. 

Yes! All nine pages are not all "birth plan" pages. You will receive a cover page, a "how to" page, and a "helpful tips" page. All of this in addition to the three-page customizable portion.

To make your life easier, I have not only included three blank-ish pages for you to fill out on your own, if you desire to have a pre-filled option, I have created that as well. There are three pre-filled pages included for your convenience. 

Only two pages will go to your health care provider. The first page is so that they can get to know you a little bit, and the second is the bullet point list of your wishes. 

The third page of your birth plan is soley for you and your partner. It lists things that you are in control of. This visual portion is a great reminder in labor of what is important to you and your labor experience.
